Type TFA

The dough is deposited directly in the baking tins from our dough mixing and kneading machine in combination with this automatic dough-container filling machine. The electronic control unit of this machine effected an exact tununig of the filling automatic with the automatical transport of the baking tins.

Type TFA - DS

For years on the market and proven automatic dough-container filling machine TFA was revised and developed further in our house with the help of most modern technique.

The result of this development is the newest generation of our filling machines with the designation TFA - DS.
This machine operates with a two-snail squeeze-out system, whereby it could be improved regarding the dosing accuracy as well as the dough deposition in relation to the predecessor model again clearly.

Together with the well-known advantages of the TFA this makes for the machines an optimal mechanism for the high performance full grain and wheat and rye bread production.

The advantages of the new Doepke automatic dough-container filling machine TFA - DS are:

  • Very good weight accuracy of the dough pieces by the two-snail squeeze out system and by vacuum-supported racking. (weight deviation of approx. ± 1%, depending upon type of dough)
  • system-dependent, careful dough handling, processing of soft doughs (TA > 175%), no compressing the dough, no fermenting losses.
  • Shape accuracy of the dough pieces in box longitudinal direction by number of revolutions control system of the squeezing out snails.
  • Very good weight distribution on the right/left in double baking tins by separate drives for left and right squeezing out.
  • Compact system, short ways, to clean easily. Small remainder dough quantities.
  • Complete system with integrated conveyor, alternatively in stationary or mobile execution.
  • Combinably with the proven Doepke Dosing Advice to the whole bread portioning.
  • Customized execution of the machines for optimal integration into the production process.
