Machine for the processing of:
rye doughs, whole grain doughs, mixed types of doughs, mellow doughs, marzipan, chocolate, dry substances, sensitive fruit doughs and different kind of paste.

Method of operation

As the result of many years of experiences in this sector, the design of the machine is such that it guarantees careful handling of the dough, whatever the method used. The design and position of the kneading arm, which matches the contours of the conical base oft the tub, results in an intensive mixing and kneading of the dough within a relatively short periode of time.

Extrusion is brought about by means of a device located at the lower side of the tub, and which consists oft the trough, the funnel and the worm. Following the operation of the extrusion slide, the dough is forced by the movement of the kneading arm on to revolving worm, which extrudes the dough onto the conveyor belt through the moulding nozzle.

On those machines designed for manual cutting operations the dough is then cut into sections depending on its weight by means of the cutting device located at the nozzle or pressed in a dosing device.

In combination with our automatic dough filling machines, the larger models are mainly designed for large-scale production.

Dosing Device

a.) Dosage in craft operation


Little dough quantities (500g - 2000g) can be portioned with the dosing device.
This dosing device can be easy mounting at the bottom outflow of the mixing and kneading machine.
This portions doughs can be deposited direct into baking tins if necassary.
With help of this dosing device the time-consuming weighing of the doughs is no longer necessary.
The dosing device ist for small bakeries a great relief in time spent on work.

b.) Dosage in industrial operation

For the portioning and placing of large dough quantities (industrial production) we supply corresponding  dosing devices with an output up to 2000 dough pieces per hour.
